B. Automatically Collected Information

  • App version and usage data
  • Diagnostic and crash data
  • Push notification tokens (for Live Activities and notifications)

C. Live Activity & Push Notifications

Rep may use Apple Push Notification Services (APNs) to deliver Live Activities or reminders. This requires a device token to send notifications to your device. These tokens are used solely for delivering app-related notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain app functionality
  • Deliver notifications and Live Activities
  • Improve user experience
  • Diagnose technical issues
  • Enhance performance and reliability

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

Rep may use third-party services to support functionality, including:

  • Supabase (data storage and backend services)
  • Apple services (APNs, iCloud if applicable)
  • Other infrastructure providers necessary for app operation

These providers may process data solely to provide services on our behalf. We do not authorize third parties to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
